CEREC 3 - CAD/CAM Tooth Restorations
CEREC 3 is an in-house computerized dental laboratory that uses CAD/CAM technology to design and create tooth restorations. Best of all—because your time is valuable—we can now restore damaged teeth in a single visit, usually in about one hour. There's no need to make an impression and send it to an outside lab. The new restorations are made with a high-quality, biocompatible, anti-abrasive, and plaque-resistant ceramic material.
The result is a beautiful, natural-colored restoration that is exceptionally strong and matches the color of your original tooth. Because the CEREC 3 is also extremely precise, we can save more of the healthy part of a tooth when preparing it for the new restoration. For example, a tooth with a large silver-mercuy filling that needs replacing will no longer need a full crown (in most cases). Restoring damaged teeth used to be extremely complicated and very time-consuming. But now a beautiful smile can be yours in just one visit.
